For 2026, the VMBC will take over the Jay County Fairgrounds in Portland Indiana on Saturday, May 30 with the meet starting Monday, June 1 through Thursday, June 4. We hope to see everyone there!

2026 Meet FAQ’s

Q. Will there be golf carts available for rent?
A. Yes, there are golf carts available for rent. Cost is $125 per day or $395 for four days. You are also welcome to bring your own golf cart.

Q. Is Proof of insurance required to rent a golf cart?
A. Yes, proof of insurance is required.

Q. Are license Plates for the golf carts necessary if you leave the fairgrounds?
A. Yes, but not required if you don’t leave the fairgrounds.

Q. Can I hold a camping spot?
A. No, Camping spots will not be held – they are distributed on a first come first serve basis and need to be reserved and paid for by filling out the registration form.

Q. Do I have to be a club member to camp and or sell items at the Meet?
A. Yes, you do have to be a member to camp/sell items at the Meet. You do not have to be a member to attend the show, only pay the $5 per day entrance fee.
