This is an Update to the 2025 Meet Dates: The confirmed Dates for the 2025 Meet in Portland, IN, will take place on July 9-12, 2025, and the club takes over the Fairground on Sunday July 6. Members are not allowed to start arriving until Sunday, July 6 as the fair is going on the previous week.

2025 Meet FAQ’s

Q. Will there be golf carts available for rent?
A. Yes, there will be golf carts available for rent. Rentals cost $125/day, or $395 for four days.

Q. Is Proof of insurance required to rent a golf cart?
A. Yes, proof of insurance is required.

Q. Are license Plates for the golf carts necessary if you leave the fairgrounds?
A. Yes, but not required if you don’t leave the fairgrounds.

Q. Can I hold a camping spot?
A. No, Camping spots will not be held – they are distributed on a first come first serve basis and need to be reserved and paid for by filling out the registration form.

Q. Do I have to be a club member to camp and or sell items at the Meet?
A. Yes, you do have to be a member to camp/sell items at the Meet. You do not have to be a member to attend the show, only pay the $5 per day entrance fee.
