Sounds like some neat stuff. I will look you up and check it out. I have a Honda Trail 70 also that Im sure I will never get around to restoring but cant bring myself to part with it yet. With 8 grandkids maybe one of them will be interested in it. I have a mailster I need to restore but it keeps getting pushed back. And then who knows what I will drag home from Portland lol.
    See you there

Last year their were six Pigeons in the coup in varying stages of completeness. That was the first ones I had seen. I was thinking about buying one and by the time I made my rounds and came back they were all gone. Their is even a club for owners of Silver Pigeons.

Lets hear from some that have done this. If anyone knows someone who has done this please ask them to tell us their experience on here. Im sure their are many of us who would benifit from this.

Looks like it says to have insurance pursuant to Vermont law. I think that could create a loophole for insurance to not pay a claim. That would be taking a huge risk. I know in Indiana if you move you have 30 days to change you address on your license. I dont know if a police officer or judge would buy a story that I have Vermont tags because it is to difficult to get an Indiana title.

How does that work with insurance? Also how can I have a Vermont tag/registeration with an Indiana address on it? Sounds confusing but I would be willing to try.

That would be nice if we could get a tech forum going good on here but for some reason thats not happening. Their is only one post on here (mine from January) and no replies to it. I too have used other forums and had good results but it would be nice as you said if we could have that kind of response within the club. Maybe we can find a way to promote the website at the Portland meet and other meets as well.

I need one too. They are hard to come by. I restored a 1954 springer eagle and applied for a title. I had to have the police check and send in pictures and reciepts and then was told I could get an off road title for it but not register it because it was not “road worthy”.
